![]() ![]() Then, the last 100 pages or so had me glued to the pages. So for a good while, I thought that this wasn't going to get a good rating from me. I found the love bit of the story to be unfulfilling and annoying and it could have been better. I was a little annoyed with how stereotypical some of the characters were, and of course Mara falls for the popular mysterious Noah Shaw that everyone warns her to stay away from and of course he isn't what everyone thinks he is, and of course she gets into drama with one of the popular, beautiful girls at school and of course this girl picks on her. I have to admit, in the middle of the book, things started slowing down a little for me. ![]() You never really know if she's making things up or not, and there are several parts of the book where I thought: real or not? This adds something really interesting to this story, and was my favorite part. I really love reading about Mara and her struggle with post-traumatic stress syndrome. ![]() Phew! This is certainly an exciting and interesting story. ![]()
